Three Weeks to go

Well, we've received all our documentation, had our flu shots, got our clothes and most of the mundane bits and pieces organised. Our wonderful friend Carol is coming from Canada to housesit now it's three weeks to go, but who's counting!!! We received a very nice upgrade from Princess (lovely people Princess) - from an outside cabin on Deck 5 to a BALCONY cabin on Deck 11. I thought because we booked so early and that we're 'platinum' people we may score an upgrade but not in my wildest dreams did I think we'd end up in a balcony on Aloha deck. Will be great - we can have some meals and, of course, drinks on the balcony and have some fresh air and listen to the ocean at night. Hope we're not too far aft to hear the bow wave. All I hope now is that they don't take it away from us.
